Tap & Taste offers sweet bites, savory bites, desserts, mousses, and prepared products for personal orders, gatherings, celebrations, and events.

All of our products are made to order and are subject to availability.

Orders

The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing the products, quantities, delivery address, requested date, preferred time, and contact information before completing the purchase.

Tap & Taste reserves the right to reject, cancel, or modify orders in cases of availability errors, pricing errors, addresses outside our delivery area, incomplete information, or any situation that prevents the order from being completed properly.

Product Availability

Our products are subject to ingredient availability, preparation time, and production capacity.

If a product becomes unavailable after the order is placed, Tap & Taste may contact the customer to offer an alternative, store credit, replacement, or refund when applicable.

Prices and Payments

All prices are published on our website and may change without prior notice.

Payment must be completed at the time the order is placed in order to confirm the order.

Tap & Taste does not guarantee the preparation or reservation of an order until payment has been successfully processed.

Delivery Date and Time

The customer may indicate a preferred delivery or pickup date and time when this option is available.

Requested dates and times are subject to confirmation, availability, delivery route, and order volume for the day.

Tap & Taste will do its best to meet the requested time, but we do not guarantee exact deliveries within specific minutes due to traffic, weather, distance, route, or situations beyond our control.

Delivery and Pickup

Tap & Taste offers delivery in selected areas and pickup when available.

The customer must provide a correct address, a valid phone number, and be available to receive the order.

If the customer does not respond, provides an incorrect address, or is not available to receive the order, the order will not be refundable.

Perishable Products

Our products are fresh, perishable, and made to order.

Once delivered or picked up, the customer is responsible for proper storage, refrigeration, and consumption.

Tap & Taste is not responsible for damage, melting, contamination, loss of quality, or texture changes that occur after delivery or pickup.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellations, changes, and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

For food safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, we do not accept returns of food products once they have been delivered or picked up.

Events and Customized Orders

Event orders, large orders, or customized products may require additional advance notice.

Tap & Taste may request additional confirmation for special orders, large quantities, or deliveries outside our regular delivery area.

The customer agrees to use our website only for legal purposes and legitimate purchases.
